The Offspring have revealed that their 11th studio album, Supercharged, will be released on October 11 on Concord Records. The veteran Southern California punk band also shared the album’s rousing first single, “Make It All Right.” Legendary producer Bob Rock worked on the new album with the band, with recording sessions taking place in the Offspring’s home studio in Huntington Beach, as well as in Maui and Vancouver. Supercharged is the band’s first album without longtime drummer Pete Parada. Foo Fighters’ Josh Freese sits in to play drums on “Make It All Right.”
“I feel like this is the best we have ever sounded,” singer Dexter Holland said in a statement. “We’ve been rocking out and headbanging to it for months! From the height of our aspirations to the depths of our struggles, we talk about it all on this record… in a way that celebrates the life that we share and where we are now.” (Billboard)
