The Black Crowes have released a new single, “Wanting And Waiting,” just ahead of their first album in 15 years. It’s their first “new” material since 2009’s Before the Frost…Until the Freeze album.

Brothers, Chris and Rich Robinson reunited the band in late 2019 – four years after breaking up. About that, Frontman Chris Robertson says, “Rich and I are always writing and creating music; that has never stopped for us, and it is always where we find harmony together.”

When they first got back together, he said they’d been so busy hating each other that they “forgot what it was like not to.”

Rich calls their upcoming album “our love letter to rock’n’roll.”

This year, The Black Crowes will tour North America, the U.K., and Europe… and are opening Aerosmith‘s Farewell Tour as well.
