It was exactly two years ago today that while under the control of Governor Rick Snyder’s Emergency Manager, Flint made the switch from the clean, treated water from Detroit to the polluted, corrosive, yet untreated water from the Flint River. 

I used to work in this building. I think I put in close to 12 years before it closed several years ago.

We’re expecting some rain in Flint later this week. Hopefully we don’t get this much rain. But if we do, don’t forget how to swim!
