PBS’ A Capitol Fourth takes place on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, and will feature performances by Smokey Robinson, Fantasia, Darren Criss, Sheila E., and Fitz and The Tantrums, with a special performance of “Olympic Fanfare” by the National Symphony Orchestra as part of a Tribute to Team USA.
