Flint’s Classic Rock – 103.9 The Fox

Before hitting the road in support of their Loaded: The Greatest Hits 1994-2023 collection, Bush has been in the studio working on new songs. In a new interview with Billboard, frontman Gavin Rossdale revealed that rather than focusing on looking back on his band’s three decades of hits, the 58-year-old singer is also interested in making new music for the next chapter in the UK rock group’s celebrated career. Rossdale aims to finish the band’s 10th studio album, a follow-up to 2022’s The Art of Survival, before hitting the road in July.

“I am gonna leave here today and go to the studio to work on more for the next record,” Rossdale says. “I just keep thinking forward. I like to live in the moment. I’m definitely going to have a new song this summer.” Bush’s 32-date North American Loaded tour kicks off on July 26 in Bend, Oregon, and features special guests Jerry Cantrell and Candlebox.
