Pearl Jam will release a new album on April 19 and follow up with a global tour. The title track, “Dark Matter,” is already available to purchase, but only on their website.

Last year the entire band retreated to Malibu and recorded at Shangri-La Studios with Grammy winning producer Andrew Watt. They wrote and recorded the album, all in a span of 3 weeks.

The tour kicks off May 4, in Vancouver and from there, enters the U.S. and will make stops in nine countries and 25 cities.

Special opening guests for the shows in North America include Deep Sea Diver and Glen Hansard.
