Foo Fighters have announced a June 20th concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden. The show marks the first 100 percent capacity concert in a New York arena since March 2020. Tickets go on sale tomorrow — Thursday, June 10th — at 10:00 a.m. ET.
The Foos posted a statement to fans on their social media saying: “We’ve been waiting for this day for over a year. And Madison Square Garden is going to feel that HARD. New York, get ready for a long ass night of screaming our heads off together to 26 years of Foos.”
According to the press release:
Guests will need to be fully vaccinated for the Foo Fighters show at The Garden, meaning the event must be at least 14 days after your second dose of the Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or at least 14 days after your single dose of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine.
The only exception is for children under the age of 16, who may provide proof of a negative antigen COVID-19 test, negative PCR COVID-19 test or full vaccination and are accompanied by a vaccinated adult. For more information, please visit msg.com/faqs.
