I’ve got a quick tip for getting the kiddo’s to eat healthy!
1) Get EVERYBODY together to eat dinner at the “dinner table”. A recent study found 80% ot kids who were at a healthy weight regularly do it.
2) Let them serve themselves at dinner, even when they are young! It helps them learn portion control better that if YOU decide how much they get.
How about that? OK… it was TWO tips! 🙂
